Just posted on RBP’s Yahoo Music blog: my profile of the Band man in Woodstock – at home and hosting his weekly Ramble – three summers ago… R.I.P. one of the all-time great drummers and singers in the Americana canon. How desperately sad that all three of The Band’s great voices are now gone. Rest in peace, good ole boy.
