OK so, for the show, the Lower Space and Ramp of Chelsea Space will exhibit finished artwork and ephemera.
Once you enter the main room – the Upper Space – there will be examples of all of the stages and methods of production: inspiration and influences, references, paste-ups, PMTs, proofs, sketches, art-books, equipment, etc.
Today we embarked on installing the wall-mounted sculpture of Chuck Berry (contributed by music publisher Peter Barnes) at the far end of the Ramp.
