Weirdly enough… my two reprobate sons have a predisposition to frankly terrible US children’s programming, and while cooking tea I overheard the theme tune to Disney Channel’s Suite Life On Deck – darn if there isn’t a ‘Hey ho, let’s go’ in there too.
What about ‘Have you seen Dee Dee Ramone?’ by Jesus H. Presley? Written before we lost dear Johnny, contains the immortal lines -
